Hooray!
The shower was a real success. I love planning any party where people show up, eat yummy food & hang out. It seriously gives me a lot of satisfaction.
I love brunch foods, so I made a few different types of quiche & cinnamon rolls, and Emily's sister-in-law brought fruit kabobs & the best slushie drink. I seriously had five cups.
I also got to try my hand at making a few baby clothes - you can see the ruffled diaper cover in the second picture. It was so fun, and I realize that I definitely will need a girl someday. #pleasebless
Emily is not only a beautiful, glowing mother-to-be, but she's a great friend & I'm glad I could help celebrate her baby girl!
